DONATION & REFUND POLICY

AL HAYAT VOLUNTEERING TEAM, Inc. is committed to responsible stewardship of all donations received.

  1. Use of Donations All donations are used to support the charitable and educational programs and activities of the organization in alignment with its mission and applicable laws.
  2. Voluntary Contributions Donations are made voluntarily and without expectation of goods or services in return, unless explicitly stated.
  3. Tax Deductibility AL HAYAT VOLUNTEERING TEAM, Inc. is recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
  4. Refund Requests Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error, such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction, the donor may submit a written request within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
  5. Refund Review Process Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
