DONATION & REFUND POLICY

AL HAYAT VOLUNTEERING TEAM, Inc. is committed to responsible stewardship of all donations received.
- Use of Donations All donations are used to support the charitable and educational programs and activities of the organization in alignment with its mission and applicable laws.
- Voluntary Contributions Donations are made voluntarily and without expectation of goods or services in return, unless explicitly stated.
- Tax Deductibility AL HAYAT VOLUNTEERING TEAM, Inc. is recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
- Refund Requests Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error, such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction, the donor may submit a written request within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
- Refund Review Process Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
